How to Return a Product:

  2. Document the Condition: Before shipping, a video of the object's condition and packaging will be required. Instructions will be clarified in the email.
  3. Shipping Label & Collection: We will send you a return shipping label and arrange a date and time for the collection of the parcel by FedEx Express.
  4. Inspection: Once the package has been received, the item will go through a quality inspection to ensure it has been returned in its original condition.
  5. Refund Processing: Once all checks have been completed, the refund will be issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
